What are the shipping charges and delivery times?
Shipping is free within Gujarat, with estimated delivery in 2 days. Outside Gujarat, shipping charges vary by state and estimated delivery is 5–7 days.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened pads only. Partial box returns are accepted. Used or opened pads are not eligible for a refund.
Can I return part of a box?
Yes. You may return the unopened pads from a box within 7 days of delivery. Only the returned unopened pads are eligible for a refund.
Who pays the return courier charge?
For purchases made through this website, Jignasha Care covers the return courier charge. For orders placed through Instagram DM, the customer pays the return courier charge.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive the returned unopened pads, using the original payment method. For a partial return, only the amount for the returned unopened pads is refunded.
How do I arrange a return?
