Return eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened pads only. Partial box returns are accepted. Used or opened pads are not eligible for a refund.
Return courier charges
For purchases made through this website, Jignasha Care covers the return courier charge. For orders placed through Instagram DM, the customer pays the return courier charge.
Refund timing and payment
Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive the returned unopened pads, using the original payment method. For a partial return, only the amount for the returned unopened pads is refunded.
Arrange a return
To arrange a return, contact jignashaproduct@gmail.com with your order details. For an Instagram DM order, contact us through the same conversation.
